Schedule Overview (tentative times)

• Coffee breaks, lunches, banquet, and receptions are included in the registration fee.

• Guests are welcome at the receptions and may purchase guest tickets for the lunches and banquet.

Saturday 21 June

* Half day in Varna by bus and guide for 65 leva or 33 Euro. This includes a visit to the Historical museum with a concert of Christian Orthodox Music, a visit to the Cathedral and Romanian Ruins, shopping-tour, and a café-break in the Sea Garden. (optional study mission)

Sunday 22 June

• Professional Development Workshops throughout the day

• meeting of ISI journal editorial boards, Editors-in-Chief meetings
   

• 17:00-18:30 – Registration and Informal Welcoming Reception

Monday 23 June

9:00-16:45 – Opening Session and Paper Presentations

18:30-22:30 – Banquet

Tuesday 24 June

9:00-17:15 – Paper Presentations

17:30-19:00 – Second reception

Wednesday 25 June

9:00-17:15 – Paper Presentations and closing

Thursday 26 June

* Optional Day Trip Thursday 24 June - one day trip that includes Varna-Madara-Pliska-Preslav-Varna and will cost 91 leva or 46 euro.

* We must have at least 10 participants for each of the study missions on June 21 and June 26.  Sign up at http://InSITE.NU/studymission.htm . se, so sign up as soon as possible.
