$60 cost of each banquet guest. Your banquet is included in your registration fee.
$50 formatting fee to have us help in formatting your paper
$75 fee for presenting and publishing an additional paper Registration includes one paper's fees.
$25 Informing Science Institute Dues I accept your offer to become a member of the Informing Science Institute for the 2008-2009 academic year at $25 in support its activities. My name tag will show my membership and support. My name will appear on the Informing Science websites as a member.
