Submission Formatting Guidelines

1. Blind the submission by removing all identifying information, including authors' names and affiliations.

2. Submission must be in Word or RTF format -- not latex, PDF, or such. Make sure that you turn off features of your word processor such as Track Changes.

3. There is no page limit, but the file size of this review version must be less than 1 Mb. (If the paper is accepted, your final paper can be larger.)  Document files become large if you have figures.  The easiest way in Word to reduce the size of a document is to save a copy in HTML format and replace all the figures in the .doc file with their GIF or JPG equivalents.  Word places these in a subdirectory with the same name as the HTML file.

4. You do not need to format your submission version.  You will need to follow the guidelines for submitting accepted papers only if your submission is accepted.
